Why SERA?

We have come together as the Story-Based Evaluation and Research Alliance (SERA) in order to:

​

• share our skills and knowledge about MSC and help others to implement the approach in the way that best suits their resources and organisation
   

• enthuse people who are disillusioned with other service evaluation methods and want to really capture the impact they are having
   

• create a ‘community of learning’ which invites dialogue about the use of MSC
   

• contribute to an emerging evidence-base for MSC
