“It was great to come together with a new mix of people to explore policy challenges around homeless. It was so useful being able to debate the issues at play with well-informed and passionate people who all wanted the same thing: better social policy, social justice and outcomes for people.

A safe environment was created where we were free to explore challenges and perennial issues that in day-to-day work we can all just accept or file them as too hard to solve. It felt very natural to consider commissioning and policy challenges from new perspectives. Months later there are ideas that we explored that I still revisit and draw on.  I’d encourage others to participate in the approach.”
